Agency Principals

Jeffrey A. Aldridge, CIC
A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Jeff began his insurance career in 1983. Jeff is a resident of the Outer Banks and manages the agency's Kitty Hawk office. Active in community affairs, Jeff currently serves as a director of the College of the Albemarle Foundation and the Albemarle Hospital Foundation.

J.M. "Monty" Ross, Sr., CIC
A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a former banking executive, Monty entered the insurance industry in 1978. Monty is a former director of Elizabeth City Downtown and the Committee of 100. He currently serves on the local board of Wachovia Bank.

David B. Wright, CIC, AAI
A graduate of East Carolina University, David began his insurance career in 1981. Active in the business community, David is a former member of the Board of Trustees for College of the Albemarle and has previously served as a member of the East Carolina University Board of Visitors. He has also served as a director of the Elizabeth City Community Foundation and is a past president of the Elizabeth City Rotary Club.
